Project Overview: As part of ZICA's digital communication strategy, I developed two key creative campaigns aimed at promoting the 2025 IFRS Updates Workshop and driving exam registrations for the December 2025 session via the new ZICA ERP Portal. Both initiatives required designs that were visually consistent with the ZICA brand while ensuring clarity, engagement, and accessibility for the target audience. 1. IFRS 2025 Workshop Campaign: Goal: Encourage early registration and attendance for ZICA's annual IFRS Updates Workshop held in Lusaka and Kitwe. Creative Assets: Two social media posts and an email PDF. Design Approach: Used ZICA's blue and yellow brand palette for consistency and trust. Featured professional, finance-related imagery to appeal to accountants and finance professionals. Included event details, pricing, CPD hours, and contact info in a clear, structured layout. Designed the email flyer (PDF) for quick readability on both desktop and mobile devices. Outcome: Increased visibility of the workshop and streamlined registration communication through cohesive branding and digital design. 2. December 2025 Exam Registration Campaign: Goal: Drive student registrations for the December 2025 exams and simplify the process using the new ERP system. Creative Assets: Two social media posts (exam registration awareness and deadline reminder), Carousel post (ERP registration step-by-step guide), Supporting PDF manual (ZICA ERP Examination Registration Guide). Design Approach: Created informative yet engaging visuals that communicated urgency ("Registration Closing Soon!") while maintaining a professional tone. Designed a carousel guide that broke down the ERP registration process visually, aligning it with the layout and color cues from the official ZICA ERP manual. Balanced text hierarchy and iconography to make complex information easy to follow. Focused on clarity and inclusivity, ensuring the materials worked across ZICA's diverse student audience. Outcome: Helped students understand the ERP registration process visually, reduced confusion around payment and paper selection, and supported ZICA's digital transformation goals.
